Callington Road

Rateavon carried out a flat to pitch roofing conversion to three low rise residential blocks in Bristol.  A Dibsa pre-fabricated lightweight steel roof structure was installed with a Metrotile lightweight metal roofing tile covering. These lightweight materials were used to ensure the maximum deadload criteria of the blocks was not exceeded while still giving the look of a traditional pitched roof. Isover mineral wool was installed in the roof void to improve insulation levels.

Additional works included extending gas flues & vents and installing brand new fascia, soffit and rainwater goods.
