Eden Centre
The Eden Centre is a shopping centre located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Rateavon were subcontracted to refurbish the Centre’s MSCP deck. Rateavon removed 4,700m2 of the existing deck to the top level of the car park, carried out localised concrete repairs to kerbs and made repairs to the movement joints. Tremco’s Ilbruck urethane waterproofing system and line markings were then applied to the deck to the client’s specification. Additional works consisting of remedial works to the deck in other areas of the car park.
Tremco’s CP Urethane waterproofing system was specified due to its elastomeric properties, which ensures the system can cope with vertical and horizontal movement. This system is backed by with 10 year Guarantee.
