Alumasc Swisslab was specified; 60mm phenolic insulation with a M.R. S4 Plain Render finish. This system reduced the walls U-values to below 0.30W/(m2k) from 2.14W/m²K.
The works have improved thermal performance of this property and the look of the house has been transformed. The owner commented “We are really enjoying the transformation! Aside from the massive improvement in comfort, our gas usage was about a third less than the same quarter last year.”
