Emporium Car Park
The Emporium Car Park is located in Bargoed, South Wall. Rateavon carried out car park waterproofing and surfacing to the roof deck car park which was in a very poor condition and water was leaking into the snooker hall below.
Rateavon prepared 510m2 of the existing asphalt deck to and applied Triflex ProPark HD system and line markings to the client’s specification. A roof was also overlaid with Triflex Protect. Additional works consisted of reinstating drainage and carrying out localised concrete repairs to the parapet.
