Rateavon shortlisted for INCA Awards 2015

Rateavon are delighted to be informed that two of our projects have been shortlisted for The Insulated Render and Cladding Association (INCA) Awards 2015.

We have been shortlisted in the following categories;

• Domestic Refurbishment – High Rise: Northfield House
• Domestic Refurbishment – Low Rise (5 houses or fewer): Charlecombe Road

Northfield House is an 18 storey high rise block owned by Bristol City Council.  Rateavon installed external wall insulation with EPS insulation with a clay and acrylic brickslips finish to the whole façade. Find the case study here – LINK

Charlecombe Road is privately owned detached property in Bristol. Rateavon installed external wall insulation with 60mm phenolic insulation and a smooth render finish as well as render only to a new extension and dormers. Find the case study here – LINK

The standard of entries this year was exceptionally high and making the shortlist is a real achievement.  The winners will be announced at INCA Awards Dinner in October 2015. Rateavon have been a member of The Insulated Render and Cladding Association (INCA) since 2012 and have previously been shortlisted for awards.
